Just a few blocks further, you'll find numerous amenities, including Lighthouse Coffee, Lazy Acres market, and several popular dining options.

Inside, the home offers generous accommodations with five well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The layout is designed for comfort, with a TV room upstairs for movie nights and lounging. There are three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Two of the upstairs bedrooms offer a shared balcony with ocean views. Enjoy the fresh, invigorating ocean breeze as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee!

The main level features tasteful design and decor, including vaulted ceilings and custom cabinetry. The open-concept kitchen is a chef's dream, showcasing a Sub-Zero fridge and Wolf burner range, flowing seamlessly into the shared dining and living spaces.
