This home exceeded our expectations! The decor is beautiful and inviting. The kitchen is so well stocked with absolutely everything needed for preparing meals. We really enjoyed the outdoor living space and spent most of our time out there. We actually got used to the sound of traffic noise from the busy street the house is close to. We kept the courtyard gate locked so the kids were contained.The location is walking distance to grocery stores, shops and some restaurants. Granddaughters loved playing at the park across the street. We’d definitely book this home again on our next trip to Santa Barbara.

An absolutely beautiful home in a beautiful city. We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this was the nicest we have ever stayed in. Clean and comfortable and decorated perfectly in a great location for exploring the city and beaches.

The house/kitchen/bathrooms are very well equipped, the spaces are roomy and simply laid out and everything is clean. Unfortunately the interior is very dark and on a well trafficked street. That said, it is well located to tour the sites of Santa Barbara and to take long walks on Shoreline Drive along the Pacific.

This house was amazing, the photos do not really do it justice. It’s an easy walk to lovely views from cliffs, park over the road, easy stroll to local restaurants and stores. The house is very well appointed, labeled and the entire check in process, stay and communication were among the best we’ve had from a stay.

Lovely Lighthouse Way was wonderful. Feels spacious and light, and beautifully decorated with everything you could imagine needing and unique touches like the African baskets and arrowheads. very recently remodeled. We loved being on the Mesa with the shoreline walk that goes in both directions right outside the door. My only suggestion is to make sure guests know that the lovely outdoor patio can be a little noisy from Shoreline Ave traffic, but you don't notice it inside at all.

Exceptional Home - Amazing location

The home was absolutely perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to stores and restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Thoughtful touches inside the home - chargers in case you forgot yours, sunblock and snacks.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this property - it was clean, spacious, comfortable and the location was perfect. Close proximity to a playground across the street, a short drive to the Harbor / beaches and a short walk to some very good neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores; made it unbelievably convenient.

Online pictures were great, but when we walked into the house I heard more than one “wow” from my family. Property manager was great as well. Would definitely recommend.
