A nicely appointed place; the kitchen is stocked with ample cookware and dishes. There are some staples in the cupboard and coffee is provided. I loved all the windows with views of the surrounding pines. Quiet neighborhood.

Very cozy place. Our host was responsive and warm. It is in a close proximity to Leadville. It is a wonderful place to utilize as a base to hiking, x-country skiing, biking, fishing, skiing and any and all outdoor activities. We enjoyed our stay very much!
