Newly renovated home, with this house being only 2 blocks away from downtown you are close to activities such as, the Mineral Belt Trail, Leadville Railroad, Mosquito Pass, all the local restaurants/shops, Mining Musuem and Turquoise Lake. There are also ski resorts such as Ski Cooper which is ~15 minutes away and Copper Mountain with just a 30-minute drive. There are also two security cameras located on the front of the house, one is pointing towards the trash bin alley side and the other looking towards the front parking.

Nice house, clean and well appointed. We brought stuff to cook breakfast. Many spices available, but no salt. Internet was present but weak. Otherwise a very nice overnight stay with friends.

Well appointed, newly renovated and well stocked home. Great location and quiet. Quaintly charming from the outside as well.We stayed just one night but definitely will consider booking this again if we travel to Leadville for more nights again from Denver.Only complaint is that ventilation is bad and it would have been amazing if there were ceiling fans in the rooms. But not a show stopper.

We had a fantastic stay. The location couldn’t have been better, we were in town for the Leadville 100 Run, and the property is only three blocks from the start/finish line, which made the whole weekend incredibly easy.Paul was an outstanding host. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and was off by a full day, and he was unbelievably flexible. Despite my mistake, he worked with us and got us into the property a day early, which saved our trip.The place itself was exactly as listed, Clean, comfortable, and just a great spot to settle in. Leadville is an awesome town, and staying here made exploring everything so simple and enjoyable.Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Leadville, especially for race weekends.

We loved this house for a short stay while skiing at Ski Cooper. The couch and giant TV made for excellent movie viewing after a day on the slopes.

Quiet Retreat

This was a perfect place for us as we traveled through Colorado. It had everything we needed and more. The house is decorated beautifully and was in a very quiet neighborhood located close to the downtown area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hiking trip to Leadville

The house was perfectly located for our trip to Leadville, close enough to walk to restaurants and shops, and close enough to drive to trailheads. The house was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was a breeze.
