The place was clean, well decorated and very well stocked on laundry, kitchen, games, large tv and anything else we could want. The owner was very responsive as well. The only negative, which was big enough to dock stars was how well sound from upstairs carries down stairs. The first night there was laughing, chair sliding and other noises that my kids and I could hear until 2 am then again starting at 6 am. Not relaxing for a vacation or if you like to sleep.

Skiing Alta/Snowbird made easy, clean, and affordable. Sounds to good to be true but this listing has it all. Comfortable, clean, well stocked, great amenities and a host that is reachable and attentive. Highly recommend!!

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
This is a basement space converted to 3 bedrooms and one bath. There is no central heat, only wall heaters and a gas fireplace to keep the chill off. Worse the upstairs is a larger space and the noise from those renters was relentless. Even worse the space does not meet building or life safety code (only one egress) for what is basically a commercial housing unit. We left after the second day when we found out a party of over five was moving in that afternoon. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. It is unsafe. I am going to report it to the local housing authorities.
