World class ski resorts a brief drive away and the Point of the Mountain Flight Park is walking distance. A clean, contemporary space awaits you!

• Access to the main & upper house levels. A closet and some cabinets are restricted.
• No access to the garage or basement level. There is a long term tenant with separate entry in the basement apartment.
• Backyard is shared with the basement tenant. Deck is private for you. Spa is in the backyard and is for your private use.
• Parking for 2 vehicles, with additional offsite parking nearby
• The property is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, please help the community by respecting 10am-7am quiet hours
• Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Peter has a great place to stay. Everything was spotless and as described: comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and amenities galore. Communication with Peter was easy and he made every effort to provide a delightful stay in a beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Visting from 3 different states for long weekend to vist my daughter and future son in law for their wedding shower. It's a super house with plenty of space. Hot tub was wonderful after a few hikes. Access to hiking right out the front door, beautiful views from day to night. House very well stocked with essentials. My husband loved the jet tub in the master. Very easy access to stores. Very much appreciated all the hooks, shelves and suitcase stands in all bedrooms. Plenty of towels and pillows. Very well thought out accommodation compared to some other places we have stayed. A must to rent, it will not disappoint!

Cozy Mountain Retreat with Great Amenities & Easy Hiking Access

We had a wonderful stay at The Steep Mountain Chalet! The home was freshly cleaned upon arrival and fully stocked with all the linens, kitchen utensils, and cookware we needed. We were lucky enough to get a bit of snow during our visit, and the owner kindly had it cleared, which we really appreciated. The house itself was cozy, comfortable, and perfectly suited our needs.The spa was a fantastic bonus, offering a relaxing soak with a lovely view. We also loved how easy and quick it was to access hiking trails—both within the neighborhood and nearby. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would absolutely recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway!

Peter's place was perfect for our family ski trip to Brighton/Solitude. The house comfortably fit our group of 7, and everything was clean and as described in the listing.Peter was a responsive and helpful host - he answered our questions quickly and made check-in easy. The location in Draper worked well for us, and we appreciated having a comfortable place to come back to after long days on the mountain.Would definitely recommend this place for families visiting the area!
