.The apartment was clean and very comfortable.The check-in and check-out process was easy to follow.The location was in walking distance to theaters, restaurants and museums. The DART station was one block away.I found CozySuites team responsive I would recommend this CozySuites location to visitors or if one wants a stay-cation.

The whole process was a disaster. CozySuites is a big corporation and you cannot speak to anyone on the property. They INSIST on the email addresses of every person staying there. We were offered early check in for 40 and we took it, then landed in Dallas to find our early check in denied. We arrived a half an hour after regular check in. There were people in the unit - they turned out to be maintenance working on the plumbing. Calls to CozySuites did not match what the maintenance people were telling us - that the unit was unusable and the water is turned off. CozySuites eventually hung up on me, we had nowhere to stay and had to get hotel rooms.

We stayed here on a business trip I had for work. It was convenient to lots of things and the property was clean. We felt very safe and enjoyed having a kitchen. Would definitely go back again..
