This property suited all our needs. They had everything we needed or could want. Kitchen is set up very nicely. Backyard pool area was a true getaway area. The proximity to the beach was amazingly close without being right on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Property was great. Plenty of room for multiple people and very short walk to the beach. Everything u need is in the house.. beach chairs, beach equipment , toys for kids to use in sand, pool floats, etc. Would definitely recommend

Everything about this home and experience was amazing! The refrigerator is giant, perfect for long stays. The property was very clean, and even had a shed and Toy bin for your beach needs. There are lights under the bathroom sinks, perfect for small children or adults who need that extra light in an unfamiliar home. The beach access is directly across the street, makes for an easy trip for morning sunrises. The amount of space was perfect. Thank you for an easy smooth refreshing stay!!!

Absolutely loved the property. Everything was clean, location to the beach was perfect, and ample towels were available. Beach equipment was also available, and when we noticed the umbrella was broken, the owners brought us a brand new one the next day. The pool was perfect size for kids and adults alike. It looks small, but it was definitely nice to use and a comfortable size for kids to be playing in while the adults are observing from the amazing and comfortable back porch.The only downside is that this house is located between other “multi-room” properties, so it feels a bit out of place with neighbors being able to peer through their windows into the back yard, but we never noticed anything like that and that really isn’t a big deal.We’ll definitely look to stay here again if and when we make it back to Cocoa Beach.
