The town allows snowmobiles on the public streets, which connect to trails in the Park. Visit Hot Sulphur Springs to soak in the naturally hot spring water, one of the pools was used by the native peoples prior to arrival of pioneers.

Numerous creeks and rivers are accessible from public land for fly fishing. Rent a power boat from one of the marinas or rent a paddle board or kayak if you prefer a human powered ride. Our stay in Grand Lake could not have been more perfect. The apartment was lovely, very clean and in a perfect location to enjoy Grand Lake. Erick was a fabulous host who was extremely responsive and accomodating. Check in and check out were easy as can be. We definitely look forward to staying there again.
Right in the middle of everything. Great deck to soak up views of Grand Lake. If noise bothers you, may not be perfect for you, but we slept with window open and a sound machine. Host was nearby and very accommodating.
The listing for this rental does not do it justice. Everything was great. Kitchen was well stocked, Beds were comfortable, location was perfect. Games for the kids. Any questions we had were immediately answered. We can't wait to come back!
Location, cleanliness, amenities and host, wonderful. With young children, being across from the marina was a plus and walking distance to shops and playground perfect. A large grass area behind the apartment play frisbee, corn hole... Everything was GREAT!
The apartment is spacious and clean! The location is amazing- seriously perfect. My only complaint if I had to have one is that it is loud at night from the neighboring bars. It was hard to have the windows open for cool air when putting kids to bed. However, it’s downtown so expected and easily tolerable. Being steps away from the lake and the town was amazing. We had the best time! We will definitely stay here again next summer.
This property is the perfect location to everything Grand Lake has to offer! All the local shops and dining are right out your door. The public fishing doc and swim beach are a 3 minute walk. We explored a bit and set up camp at Point Park one day - 4 minute drive - and enjoyed fishing and paddling through the inlet to Shadow Mountian Lake. Highly recommend the Monarch Lake Trail (Arapahoe National Forest) and Adams Falls (4 minute drive to Rocky Mountian National Park) Reservations are needed for RMNP but not after 5pm and Adams Falls is AMAZING at sunset. Be sure to go a little further than the falls to check out the meadow for breathtaking views! The property itself was spacious for the 6 of us. Rooms are great size with plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need! And the owners did a great job stocking the rental with necessities and were extremely responsive if we needed anything during our stay. It was a great week and we are so happy we found this spot to call home for our stay!

Thank you for the 5 star review. Sounds like you’re family had a great time.
The location was fantastic, many staples were provided. It gets a little loud at night on the weekends with the bars across the street, but all in all it was perfect for my family
We had a lovely stay at this property in Grand Lake. It’s right on the Main Street, so everything, restaurants, shops and the lake are right out your door. Also, the parking is worth it’s weight in gold!
Big apartment with lots of room and everything you need. The owner is very responsive. Recommended.
