Prepare hearty breakfasts in the compact full kitchen each morning, light the gas fireplace for a bit of added coziness, and enjoy close proximity to ski slopes, golf courses, hiking trails, state parks, and so much more.

This condo is located less than half a mile from the main base area at Sugar Mountain Resort, which features 21 slopes, 125 acres of skiable terrain, and an always popular ice rink in the wintertime. In the summer, you can go mountain biking in the bike park, tee off at the nearby Sugar Ski & Country Club or the Ole Esval Sugar Mountain Municipal Golf Course, or head over to Grandfather Mountain to hike in the state park or cross the famous Mile-High Swinging Bridge with an incredible view of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains.
