The Property Venue & Accommodations is a historic, rustic & secluded farmstead to gather family & friends for overnight accommodations and is situated on a 10 acre working farm with animals.

“The Everheart Glamper” is new to our wedding venue! It’s an updated, renovated, farmhouse chic stay, camper glamper, with vintage appeal!

“The Everheart” is located 8-12 minutes from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort for winter fun and is very close to local attractions- Linville Winery, Linville Caverns, Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain, The Alpine roller coaster and several other major attractions and award winning hiking trials!

The Everheart is a perfect camper glamper experience with walking distance from the event barn.

Use the firepit area at no charge.

The cedar, wood burning hot spring tub can be rented for an additional $80 fee. We have to fill it with spring water and empty it with each guest. The water is heated by wood burning stove and the aroma of cedar will enhance this welcoming, romantic area in the woods!

No pets allowed because of our farm animals.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
