Beautiful and new property in a great location. We were able to walk to a few nearby wineries (gradual hills but a nice path on the lake side of Bourcherie Road). Be advised there are stairs within the home to navigate with large or heavy luggage, but it’s spotless and well appointed with wonderful views from the living area deck. Located on a quiet cul de sac.

Nice VRBO. Everything was remodeled and owners are new to renting out residence. But owner was more than entertain phone calls and texts. I recommended to them to provide an orientation to the more common usages: wi-fi, TV (how to utilize cable) how to work oven, what day is garbage/recycling day. Lots of stairs so may be tough for older renters or mobility challenged. Garage would have been nice to store golf clubs.
