What a spectacular vacation home for a large group! Our family of 11 always had activities to enjoy (swim in the beautiful indoor pool, hot tub, play pool, games and enjoy the spacious yard.) The host was excellent and promptly answered any inquiries we had. The view was amazing and the location was totally private yet close to amenities. Would definitely recommend the property for your family vacation.

What a great location for our group of nine adults. The kitchen, great room, BBQ and deck were perfect for enjoying our meals. We also enjoyed the hot tub, pool and tennis court!We didn’t find it very clean and some linens were missing. The interior needs to be painted in some of the main areas and landscaping needs a lot of work.

Ryan was an excellent responsive communicator. Check in was so easy . As previously mentioned there were some areas of the house that needed “minor” upgrades such as new cushions for outside patio .Also the two bedrooms with sky lights need a better option of covering especially during the summer months to keep light out and rooms cooler. Our family of 7 , which included two grandkids loved the pool and hot tub. We had a great time together and the privacy and serenity of the house location was awesome.Thank you Ryan for sharing your home with us for 8 days.

All bedrooms are not created equal. The King bedrooms are very nice, but that left one couple out of the three couples, with a hard ( too hard ) queen bed. One person of that couple went to sleep on the bottom bunk of the bunk room. The 2 girls ages 7 and 8 were on the top bunks. The Solarium room does not have a black out cover on one of the two skylights. That room needs a workable fan, which I luckily brought from home. The fan which might have been used, which was in the King bedroom was broken and could not be stopped from turning, and clicking with every turn. The hot tub broke down after 4 days out of 7. It took quite a few days to get rid of all the little flies, flying around kitchen food. There was a large dog chew toy bone found in the couch. Other than those things, it was overall a good experience.

We appreciate you flagging the mattress firmness that's the first time we've heard this from a guest, but we'll keep it in mind. As for the hot tub, we understand the frustration, we contacted a technician for repair right away, but the turnaround was unfortunately outside of our control. We're looking into a faster service option going forward. We've also noted the fan and skylight cover , we'll have those checked before the next arrival. Regarding the flies, this hasn't come up with previous guests, so it may have been tied to something left out during the stay but we'll still do an extra pest check as a precaution. Thanks again for staying with us and sharing your experience.

This house is very functional for a large family/group! We had 7 kids 8 years old and younger and the pool area felt very secure with the lock systems and doors. Very nice area of town and beautiful views. The host was very responsive when questions were asked.

The house size was excellent with enough bedrooms/bathrooms to fit 4 families comfortably. The indoor pool was the highlight as it was enjoyed keeping the heavy smoke in the area out. The ball court was not used to the fullest as access to inflating the basketballs was not available. The fenced deck and view were wonderful, (ok this is a small thing but if some of the trees off the deck were trimmed the view would be unobstructed). Kitchen was well stocked. Bath and pool towels were plentiful. Large driveway and use of garage was great. Laundry facilities were nice to have available. Overall it was a great place to enjoy family gathering. BUT The house was tired looking needed some TLC. The cushions and weaved chairs on the patio need to be replaced. The screen door in pool area needs replaced or repaired (does not slide). The dining room chairs need to be replaced (sunken in). Adjusting the jets in the hottub didn’t seem to work. My handyman husband fixed a couple of the towel racks in the bathrooms. It would have been nice to have The last step in the pool and the pool depth painted for safety.

This is the second time we stayed at this property and it was great yet again! The pool was prefect for the kids. Ryan was quick to answer when we had a small issue with the hot tub. The home was decorated nicely for the holidays.

Overall was a great property for a large group. Tons of beds, bedrooms, washrooms. Pool was clean. Big property. The tennis court had all the sport equipment (tennis, pickleball, basketball). Lots of amenities not that far away really. Room for improvement:Hot tub is showing its age, and we had to replace the water half way throughMany of the chairs inside and out have broken seatsLack of towels, dish towels, etc (we bought some and left behind)Pillows are all random sizes, don't really fit in the coversFor the cost per night and advertised as luxurious, we would expect a little more investment / maintenance. Despite this we would return for another trip!

Okanagan luxury

This is the second time we have stayed at Rosehill Estate. The property is gorgeous and, more importantly, the hosts are amazing at communication and responsiveness — the best I have ever experienced with a vacation rental.
