The location of this place was amazing! In west but still only 5 minute drive to downtown. We were wishing there was a pool as it was quite hot, but overall it was a great place to stay and sleeps a lot of people. There also was an elevator which was handy. The only complaint was the floor was quite dirty

Thank you for your comments. I’m a bit confused about the floors as I did clean them myself. But I do agree when I did my inspection after you left the floors were very filthy. Lots of alcohol spilled all over them. I’m very sorry for your inconvenience.

Fabulous property! Responsive host, impeccable home, easy check-in & check-out. This place had everything we needed and more!! Definitely hope to stay again. My family has been renting homes every summer in the okanagan for the past 12 years and this place surpassed them all.

Beautiful Place!

We had a fantastic time staying at Karin’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. The location was perfect and the neighbourhood felt safe and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We celebrated birthdays and an anniversary for a week at Karin’s beautiful home and enjoyed every minute of it. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of all ages (we were ages 2 to 80). The location is central and perfect for exploring any of the surrounding towns or wineries. Would highly recommend!

This is a new build in a great new location across the bridge from downtown Kelowna. It's proximity to hiking, biking, trails, beaches, wineries,restaurants, sking. ..nearly everything you can think of is super close by. Enjoy a private beach, private volleyball court, and a Pavillion picnic area with plenty of picnic tables plus a kids playground all a 1 minute walk out of our door.

What makes this property unique

Uniqueness comes with top 3rd floor rooftop terrace with hot tub overlooking lake Okanagan with fantastic views of the lake / mountains and city scape. Plenty of patio furniture, a 10 seating table with BBQ kitchenette with mini fridge. Or the elevator for individuals with mobility issues. Don't forget sleeping for up to 15 people or the 2600 sqft space to space out in. We have alot to offer your trip
