Brand new build side home. All furniture and amenities are luxury new. We have a washer dryer, full kitchen loaded with amenities, dinning table, two bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows and a large back yard with outdoor table to enjoy. This suite is, located just walking distance from Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Cleveland Dam and hiking trails. You'll have easy access to the best the area has to offer.
Buses right outside our house. 20min to downtown, 5-10min to shopping areas and malls.

Super clean and smart place, very nicely laid out and bathroom was great. Location absolutely top for what we wanted, a quiet wooded neighborhood and short walk to the lovely village of Edgemont, loved Bufalo and Norte Mexican restaurants. Grouse Mountain cable car was awesome but the free trails and bridges within 10 mins walking (Cailano Hatchery) made the stay really special. Downtown for breakfast was 20 mins but there were local options too...we had too much choice !

What a wonderful stay! I was baffled about where to stay in Vancouver, but since I have kids and we were prioritizing North Vancouver things (Suspension Bridge and Grouse), I took a gamble and chose non-city staying. We loved how quiet and central this location was. We spent every evening on the beach in Ambleside (just down the road) and every day exploring the surrounding areas. You can also grab a bus into the city that’s just a few steps away and skip the disaster that is city parking. This location was spotless, super clean! Check-in could not have been easier. Host was immediately responsive. I missed the fact that this location was a locked-off apartment of their actual home but prefer that as this investment is not taking away from the surrounding community. The other thing to note was that because it’s part of their home, the AC was shared. They were responsive when we asked about it and were grateful that it was turned on already after our long and surprisingly hot Vancouver day. Thank you for the great stay!
