You’ll have the entire upper floor of the house to yourself, with a separate entrance, a large kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a 160-bed, a large living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The total floor area is over 60m².
The house is historic, featuring tuff stone (a regional speciality of Tours), exposed beams, fireplaces (non-functional), and hardwood floors. Since the hardwood floors do not provide much sound insulation, and to avoid disturbing the tenants below, this accommodation is not suitable for children ages 2 to 10.
High chairs, baby bathtubs, and travel cots are available upon request.
