Nice, clean, comfortable little place. Location is great. Be aware that there is only onsite parking for one car, but I was able to park a second car on the street overnight.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo, it was close to where my son lives, and we were able to spend some quality time at the condo. It was a little chilly to use the screened in porch, but it is amazing, and we hopr to stay there again in the fall!

Very nice apartment in the western end of Dilworth. Easy walking to restaurants, shops and light rail line.

The condo was nice and it was a great location. The only problem we had was trouble with the TV and it was during March Madness. We got zero help from owner/manager. Their response was it's always worked before. So as long as everything works and goes smoothly you will enjoy it. If you need help with anything, don't hold your breath.
