The house was very clean up to date very easy access to mostly any and everything in and outside the house ! We stayed 2night and 3 days and I loved every minute of it mins from the city and Tuesday nights they have a greatttt man who does BBQ out on the street in front of the bar/houses the host was very friendly and helpful with everything as well !!!

We booked this house since it was within walking distance to the Spectrum Center. Location and price are the greatest features of this property. The house itself is better equipped for two, but we made four work (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The house was surface level clean, but could use a deep clean (dusty fans and air vents). Would recommend if you need a place to stay, but aren’t looking for 5 star accommodations.

The place was very clean and easy to access. Easy access to the city and makes exploring Charlotte convenient. Hosts were very accommodating and communication was excellent. Would stay here again if back in Charlotte.

Enjoyed our stay

My husband and I came for a bday weekend trip and really enjoyed our stay. We walked to the spectrum center for a game, and the walk was not far! Overall had a positive experience staying here.

City View Retreat

Comfy little efficiency apartment perfect for a quick visit to Charlotte. We came to Charlotte to get away for the weekend and this was a great apt. for just that. A short drive from Freedom Park and not far from NODA (and Cobo's Fish Tacos). Enjoyed the night at a Karaoke bar nearby (Jeff's Bucket Shop) then got up to walk it off the next morning at Thompson Park (right across the street). The place was perfect for our trip. Clean and comfortable with a nice view of the Charlotte skyline.

Will definitely stay again

This was the perfect place to stay during our time in Charlotte. The unit is perfect for two people. It's walking distance to the Spectrum Center and so many other things downtown and is also a quick drive to Target and other parts of Charlotte. The owners were very responsive and helpful when I asked questions. The bed was really comfortable! I don't usually sleep well when I travel and sleep on a different bed, but I slept as good as I do at home in my own bed. We typically venture to Charlotte 1-2 times a year and plan to stay here again.
