This is listed as a "luxury property" but we did not find it particularly luxurious. Our stay began by realizing that we had not received check-in information. Once received, it was very unclear as to which building on the property was the VRBO. Once inside the correct building, we did not know where our room was because none of the rooms were numbered. Another guest helped us find our room and told us that he had had the same problems finding the building and figuring out which room was his. Mattresses were thin and seemed beat up, and not particularly new -- again, not luxurious. Almost every single towel was ripped like they had been chewed up in some sort of machinery. Parking is in an odd place on the property -- you have to park really close to a hedge and slide out of the door to get out. The property is large, but cars are not allowed further onto the property where we could see plenty of room to park. Location is pretty much directly in the flight path for the Vancouver airport, so if you enjoy seeing and hearing planes zooming low overhead, you would like this property. I wanted to like this property but did not. Sorry, but I would not return to this place again.

We are very sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our check-in guide includes both a video and photos, with the correct building and assigned room number clearly indicated. We regret that the directions were still unclear to you and will review them again to make the arrival process easier. Our home was built only three years ago, and all the furniture was purchased new and selected for its quality. We are therefore surprised by your description, as it does not reflect the condition or quality we aim to provide. Nevertheless, we take your comments seriously and will carefully inspect the mattresses, towels, and parking instructions. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
