The price, living set up (1 bedroom suite), free parking right outside the home, walkway was very well lit up at night, location was excellent. Nice and quiet in a good neighborhood. As we were visiting family in Richmond, we didn't spend a lot of time in the suite, just there to sleep. Host was extremely responsive. Would stay there again.

Very nice central location, the only issue was some ants and damp spots, however the hosts were incredibly kind and acted quickly to resolve the issue. Beautiful garden and easy to locate.

Steveston village and surrounding strip malls were easy to get to from here. The place itself is a separate lil building within a beautiful garden. It had everything needed for my short stay. The bed was comfortable! Would certainly stay again!

This place is very private and its all for the renters. Its fairly clean and maintained. Its very small though and has very little space for people that are living out of luggage. The sitting room furniture is small and not the most comfortable to sit and watch tv for too long. The bed is comfortable but also no room for people living out of luggage. The two small end tables are handy but offer little space. The closet is fine but can only handle shirts and there's no dresser for the rest of the clothes etc. The shower is fine. The washroom vanity is small for two people and all of our electric toothbrushes, shaver etc. It is what it is but its just that the place is small. We asked for a table and we were given a tiny bench made of 2x10 material. The host is friendly and tried to help but the place falls short compared to a typical hotel room. The tv was okay but the cable service doesn't have much to choose for channels. It does have youtube and that's great.

This is a lovely little self-contained casita in the backyard of a very nice home. It was perfect for our short stay. It does not have a kitchen but the hosts have equipped it with small appliances and utensils that make it quite easy to make quick comfort food. The neighborhood is very nice but the home next door is undergoing what appears to be a complete renovation so there were building noises up to about 5 pm. After that, all was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect for us, half way between the ferry and where we attended a wedding. The garden outside is lovely, table and chairs are available to have coffee outside, the living room area is small but fine for what we needed. My only real issue was the bed which was a bit hard and the sham covers on the pillows which seemed like they weren't meant for sleeping on. Communication was excellent and the unit has all the basic amenities you could need.

The little house was perfect. It was clean and very comfy. The grocery store, shoppers drug mart, and a few restaurants were only a 15 minute walk through a lovely neighborhood. The Uber to the airport was very quick and just a little traffic. Highly recommend.

The tiny house in Laura’s flower filed back yard was cute but inside has seen better days. The wall ac unit ( only one) was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. The bed only has two sleeping pillows and none in the closet, she was very receptive when l asked for two more.the bed was ok not a new mattress. The bathroom was clean but had rust and makeshift covers on the floor. Water pressure and heat were both low. Living area had couch and small flat screen across from it. I don’t know about cable since we didn’t turn it on. On each side of the couch was the kitchen. Microwave and mini fridge with silverware plates etc. paper towels and bowls were good too. It was fine for a quick overnight near YVR. A longer stay would not have worked.

The property was a house in their backyard which at night was a little hard to fine if you’re not the area but once we saw the lights it was easy to find. The house was cute and cozy and the perfect size for 2 people for a quick night stop. We arrived in the middle of the night and there was some chatter from outside the house that we could hear and some crackling sounds that woke us up around 3am. For the night it was a good place to stop.

Great place for our overnite stay before crushing a flight. This is a separate suite from the main house. The bed was comfortable and the area is nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Maison d’invité dans la cour arrière de chez quelqu’un. Logement correct pour une nuit. Air climatisé trop bruyante, nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit car il faisait chaud et c’était trop bruyant. Sinon propre, a un frigo, micro-onde pour vous dépanner!

Very cute detached backyard building perfect for 1 or 2 people. The bed was pretty firm and could benefit from a memory foam pad on top but overall was satisfactory. The wall air conditioner, a welcome perk, was located in the bedroom but was extremely loud. Fortunately I had earplugs which mitigated some of the noise! I liked the Asian decor in the unit and the front yard has a beautiful pond. I would stay here again should the opportunity arise.

The apt is in the backyard of a nice house with beautiful garden. The place is clean, reasonably quiet and private. It's bigger than what the pictures show and is quite comfortable for 2 of us to stay. The host was warm and welcoming and even gave us a ride when ran into each other. The place is adequate for sure. While there is a microwave, refrig, and coffee pot, there is no sink besides the bathroom sink. The AC unit has a very loud whine to it.
