The house was modern, clean, bright and had sufficient housewares. Perfect fenced yard and extra amenities for the dog. The location was perfect for our event at the Hydrangea Ranch. Unfortunately the furniture (beds & seating) is dreadfully uncomfortable. The best place to sit is out on the patio chairs. Also the TV is streaming only & the sheets are microfiber.

It's a pretty nice house and the location is excellent. Fair warning to those for whom it makes a difference: all the beds in this place are memory foam, as are most pillows. while some love it, I understand, some of us really don't get quality sleep on that sort of mattresses and pillows, so take under advisement if it's something important to you.

Really nice property with a wide variety of cozy amenities. Well stocked kitchen, towels, dog stuff, and even blankets for the living room. All was as represented, except the back patio needed some TLC. Didn't really affect our stay, however. The communication with host was excellent and response time was within a minute or two every time. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Quiet Stay in a Great Location

Great stay overall! The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, which made it really peaceful and relaxing. It’s also in a great location close to beaches and local shops, so getting out and exploring the area was easy.The host’s communication was excellent and everything about the stay was smooth from start to finish. I also noticed some thoughtful touches for guests traveling with pets, like a dog bed and food and water bowls available, which was nice to see even though I didn’t bring any pets with me.If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend stopping by Jandy Oyster Company and The Fish Peddler (Which is in town across the highway) if you like oysters. Overall, a great place to stay and I’d happily come back.
