As described, the property is walkable to 21st where there are plenty of places for food and drink, and a quick drive or ride share to Music Row or the Gulch. We were just 3 couples (6 people) but the property could sleep double that, depending on sleeping arrangements. Has a very well-appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. We were there for a wedding, so having 3 full baths and a powder room was a plus. Someone kept parking in our included designated spot, but we were always able to find a visitor spot or one on the street, so it wasn't a problem. Steve, the owner, was an excellent communicator from the moment we booked.
