4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom. 2 Master Suites! Fully Furnished down to the bath towels and linens. Home is built and furnished in 2015. Fenced in Parking in the rear of the house. 5 minutes to downtown Nashville, Five Points, Titans' Stadium and the Farmer's Market.

3 Full Bathrooms with 3 full showers and a 4th half bath room next to the kitchen. Bedroom 2 and 3 have separate sinks from the shower to let everyone get ready at the same time.

The overall property was great and spacious. Very clean and the owner Mr. Dennis was such a sweetheart. He communicated in a timely manner and allowed us to check-in early. The entire party was happy and satisfied. If I’m ever in the Nashville area again, I would definitely use him

Our stay was excellent . The house was amazing. Clean and very roomy we all had our own rooms . The neighbors were also friendly . We loved the porch swing also . Thanks for a very nice experience .

We had a great stay! The house is great for a weekend in Nashville with friends and family! Short drive or Uber to Broadway! The host is very responsive and kind! Will stay again when I get back to Nashville!

The home had plenty of room for our large group during Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating. We had plenty of parking space. I am a clean freak, so a new coat of paint on the walls would be nice and a bit more cleaning under the furniture would be great. Overall I would stay again.

This neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. The house has good space, enjoyed the balcony, parking was good, and the communication was good. They could use more towels and soap, but these are minor and would definitely stay again.

Location is great, very easy to uber anywhere, quiet neighborhood. House is clean and spacious enough for 7 of us. Could use some hand towels lol, but other than that it was a great trip! Dennis, the host, is awesome. Very attentive, responds very quickly to any question or issue without being intrusive in any way!

So quiet and close to everything

This house is probably the most quiet house we have ever stayed in. It is in a nice neighborhood that is very close to downtown Nashville but far enough away to be peaceful. There were seven of us and we all had plenty of space. The owners are seriously quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this property.

Came a college tour with family. Convenient location. Close drive to everything. Walkable neighborhood. Felt safe. Coffee within walking distance. Grocery was very close. I would stay again.
