We had a great stay - everything walkable. Great foot in 12 South to great music on Broadway! Everything was close and the neighborhood felt very safe!

Great Weekend Getaway

Had a quick weekend getaway with my girlfriends for shopping, great food, and good drinks. This place was clean, well-decorated, spacious, and perfectly located to hit some of our favorite local spots.

Very nice house close to all

The house is nicely furnished, very comfortable and modern. This house is in a good location to quickly get to top destinations in Nashville. We really enjoyed our stay. There is one room that faces the Main Street so at times can hear some noise, but not a major issue. The management company was very responsive and would recommend staying here.

Wonderful property and great location

My sister and I take our mother on an annual trip, and this year our daughters (12 & 14) were finally old enough to tag along. We were walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Plus a very short uber ride from all the sites downtown. We will stay at this property again on our next trip to Nashville. It was perfect, everyone had their own space and tons of room to hang out in the kitchen in living room together as well.

Gorgeous home, just dirty

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. I stayed at the home with 8 adults and 1 toddler. The house was gorgeous and spacious. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and we loved the location. The only negative thing I have to say is the floors of the house were very dirty. You could see old spills and dirt along the baseboards throughout the house including the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. I didn’t love knowing my 1 year old was playing on the floors. Overall a very positive experience and I’d stay again.
