Three exterior cameras run 24/7 for safety of our guests and the property. These operate 24/7 property record to the cloud. Tampering is prohibited.
Basement suite is private and not part of the rental, and not accessible. With a separate entrance used by the host.
Check-out is 11:00 AM. No late check-outs. $50 per 30 minutes after 11:00 AM. After 1:00 PM, a full night ($200 CAD) is charged and you must vacate.
