This modern home is not just functional but also a fun, safe, and comfortable space where kids can thrive and enjoy themselves. This 3 bed 2.5 bath house sleeps 6 people. Upstairs, the master suite offers a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations. 2 queen beds in separate rooms and 2 twin beds in one room. Washer and dryer are included. 2 designated parking stalls behind the house.

The listing details were correct which was helpful. A group of 5 of us stayed for 4 nights in S'toon for a family event. Everyone said the beds were comfortable. The whole house was super clean and ready for guests. We brought food with us for breakfast and snacks - kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils, dishes, coffee pods, extra basics like ketchup, sugar, pam spray, etc. Since the house is quite new all appliances were in great shape. We did laundry before we left and there was soap there for us to use. Plenty of nice towels available. We didn't use the hot tub but good to have it. It was hot in S'toon so we really appreciated the AC. Really impressed with Chelsea's info sent prior to check in. Super clear and easy to follow.

The house was lovely, in a quiet residential area close to necessities. It was spotlessly clean, everything worked well, the beds were comfortable, and it was well-stocked. My family had a wonderful stay there while we were in Saskatoon for a family wedding. Chelsea was very responsive and the check in process was very simple. We will absolutely stay at this excellent home again.

Clean, minimalist townhouse in new townhouse

Stayed at this townhouse for 4 nights while waiting for our home renovation was being completed. Parking was convenient, the home was very uncluttered and clean, and we had everything we needed for our short stay.

We chose this rental because of the hot-tub so it was used a lot. The kitchen was great as far as space goes, but was poorly supplied. We had 1 tea towel, 1 dish cloth, 1 frying pan, 1 pot. For a family it was challenging to cook a meal together, but maybe that was part of the fun of gathering and creating together.

Perfect Place to Stay with Friends!

We were so happy to discover this listing on VRBO! The house must be brand new. Everything is in perfect condition! As a group of 5 friends, we had lots of space for ourselves and our things. The house was equipped with the basic kitchen amenities that we needed (we didn’t cook, but we had what we needed for take out and simple breakfasts). The beds were soft and comfortable. Lots of linens and pillows! Having three bathrooms (and two showers) was so helpful to us as a group. We wished the weather was nicer to actually enjoy the pool!! The house was easy to get to, good parking in the back that felt secure, has good amenities close by, and was very comfortable for all of us. It would be family friendly too! If we ever need to stay in Saskatoon again, we would definitely consider this VRBO. The per night rate was great!! Thank you so much!
