Conched Out is the perfect vacation home for your family and friends to stay for your next Folly Beach visit. This 4 bedroom/3 bath home is located right across from the beach and only 5 blocks to all that Center Street has to offer. You are sure to enjoy relaxing on the screened in deck while listening to the ocean and enjoying the cool ocean breeze.
This home features an inverted floor plan which means that the open living/dining room/kitchen and screened in deck are on the second floor in order to take advantage of the view and ocean breeze. The whole family can gather around the dining table that seats ten. To enjoy some outdoor dining, there's a picnic table and comfortable seating on the screened in deck. One bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed and a full bath in the hall completes the second floor. The first floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. There's another King bedroom and a bedroom with a full size bed and set of bunk beds. Those two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath..
For your convenience there's an elevator to help out with your luggage and groceries. Elevators, like any other household appliance make break with continual use. Repairs can take up to 3-7 business days.

The following is the bedroom plan:
First floor: BR 1) king bed master with jetted tub and access to deck
BR 2) king bed with shared bath and access to deck
BR 3) full size and set of bunk beds with shared bath
Second floor: BR 4) queen and twin bed with a full bathroom in the hall

We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license. ***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.


We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.


Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.


In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
