The house was incredible! My friends and I were so comfortable and happy. It was so close to the beach and the restaurants/bars but far enough away from the excitement to be very quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend this property if you’re wanting to stay on Folly Beach!

We had a problem with the gas grill and they were there with a solution within 10 minutes. The pool was great and probably the beat stocked house we have ever rented. All the steps was a chore for the old people but a very nice house.

Great House and Location!

Our family enjoyed our stay this past week. Plenty of room and great location to the beach, downtown Folly and Charleston. The pool was a great bonus and we rented the golf cart which was super convenient.

Fun Time at Folly Beach

Great property, took a family vacation 2 grandparents, 2 kids and 2 grandkids, the house was amazing, the pool was warm, great kitchen and dining area, left with many fond memories!

Mother/daughter trip

Great location! We loved being a little bit off the main downtown but it being a quick walk to the beach! The trees by the pool made it feel very secluded and peaceful. The house was a perfect set up with the bedrooms and large kitchen/living room area.

Beautiful home, easy access to beach and shops, great pool, loved the hammocks and porches. Reported problems with Palmetto roaches and termite swarms and a leaking toilet. Response from management was very slow.

This was a great property. Plenty of bedroom and living space. Kitchen is large and well stocked with necessities for cooking. The pool area is perfect - and proximity to the beach!

Wonderful house, excellent location

Bottoms Up is an excellent choice for a small to midsize group looking for beach area property in the Charleston area. The pictures don't do it justice. Only a 10min walk from the water and 5 minute walk to nearby restaurants.

Folly Beach

Loved the house and the location! We gathered together as a family and every age group had fun. This is the first time that I wanted our vacation to last longer. The property manager was very attentive, and the golf cart we rented was a big hit with the kids. Easy walk to the downtown shops. Great beach and pool!

Great house

The house provided our family of nine with plenty of space. There are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants within easy walking distance which we thoroughly enjoyed daily! The walk to the beach was also quite simple, even with a beach buggy. This was our first stay at Folly Beach and I sure hope we return again soon!

Great house in a great location

Very much enjoyed our stay in this property. The outdoor area was great and the house was clean and fit our group nicely. The proximity to Folly Beach and the main drag of Folly Island was also very nice, as was the house being far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and relaxing. The only challenge we had was with the grill, but the rental company responded quickly and appropriately.

Great house! Amazing location! We loved the pool!

We had a blast at Bottoms Up! We loved that the beach was a five minute walk and downtown to Folly with shops and restaurants was a 5 minute walk. The pool was amazing. The house was fantastic-There was space for the five of us to spread out. It was comfortable and easy! Thank you!

Awesome!

We had a great family vacation at Bottoms Up! We loved the pool and the beach was just a golf cart ride away. The home is beautiful and spacious, plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is large and was able to keep two cooks in the kitchen from bumping into each other. We hope to visit again soon!

Outstanding home in a great little shore town!

Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful time in your beautiful, clean and well located home. Everything we needed was provided in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of linens for all the bed/bathrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed the salt water pool and the short walk to the beach and town. Just a short drive to Charleston, restaurants and other places of interest. Thanks for a perfect vacation in for lovely home...we'd love to return someday!
