The house was great overall but we had issues with the hot water heater breaking and the clothes dryer not drying clothes.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the home overall. I'm sorry about the water heater gave you trouble and about the dryer not drying. Our maintenance team did inspect the hot water heater and could not identify any issues with functionality. They did determine which part the dryer needs and that is on order.
