Sunset Bay is a bright and beautiful picturesque home located right in the heart of Palm Coast. Come view the sunset right from the dock! Bring your boat or kayaks for a fun-filled adventure right on the water.



The heated pool is located in a large lanai with a spacious poolside patio and outside dining area. Almost every room has a view, allowing you to enjoy the scenery from various spots in the house. The living room and family room feature comfortable sofa couches, and all rooms are equipped with smart TVs for your entertainment. The home is equipped with WiFi, so bring all your electronic devices and stay in touch with family and friends from the comfort of your home!

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $287 per week or $200 weekly for multiple weeks stays. Please let us know in advance if you intend to pay for the pool to be heated so that we can ensure the pool is nice and warm for your visit. Bring your furry friends, pets are welcome for $100 per pet plus tax. Please let us know if you intend to bring your pet so we can add to your reservation! List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Located along the Intracoastal Waterway, it’s known for its picturesque canals, lush greenery, and abundant wildlife, making it a haven for boating, fishing, and nature enthusiasts. The area is a blend of quiet residential streets, waterfront properties, and modern amenities.



Residents and visitors of Palm Harbor enjoy easy access to Palm Harbor Golf Club, a highly-rated public course that weaves through beautiful landscapes. The neighborhood is also close to European Village, a vibrant hub for dining, shopping, and entertainment with a variety of restaurants, boutique shops, and live events.

In addition to its outdoor activities, Palm Harbor offers miles of scenic walking, biking, and hiking trails. Just a short drive from the pristine beaches of Flagler County, this neighborhood perfectly balances tranquility and convenience, providing the ideal setting for both relaxation and adventure.



Please note that due to city regulations, trailers and RVs are NOT permitted to be parked on any city property. Additionally, parking on the lawn or city swales is strictly prohibited at all times. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway only.

If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.



Getting Around:

Car is definitely recommended. Lots of biking trails in the area.

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.
