WATERFRONT 2 DOCKS HEATED SALT WATER POOL GAME ROOM

Welcome to our Canal Front, 3 bedroom oasis with 2 docks.(Great Fishing) located
in Palm Harbor minutes from the beach. There are 2 20 foot docks with boat lifts. Take your Boat/jet ski down the saltwater canal which connects to the intercoastal waterway. Boat/jet ski rentals are a few minutes away.

PRIME PALM COST LOCATION MINUTES FROM BEACH(Jungle Hut is our favorite) AND PET FRIENDLY * FENCED IN YARD

There is a canoe ,life jackets ,fishing poles, bikes, air hockey table ,beach chairs,
cooler, and umbrella to use in garage. We have furnished and stocked our home as it were a year round primary home. The kitchen is well stocked to cook any meal, has a dining table with a view of the canal.(you may see dolphins and fish jumping)
The bathrooms are updated and spa-like. plenty of closet space in each bedroom , Livingroom has a gas fireplace and overlooks the beautiful screened in lanai with a heated salt water pool overlooking the canal. A gas grill , Dining table and lounge wicker with a cable t.v are by the pool.
MASTER has a king bed,walk-in closet, ceiling fan, cable t.v. and private bath
BEDROOM 2 has a queen bed, closet, dresser, ceiling fan
BEDROOM 3 has a queen bed , closet, dresser, ceiling fan
There is a queen sofa sleeper in the study, also a twin bed day bed , and twin trundle in the game room/ garage which has heat/ac and a large t.v.
There are t.v. in all bedrooms , folding crib and high chair are also available .

Palm Coast Gem

Lovely, quiet neighborhood, ride bike from this location to various bike paths. We enjoyed our stay especially the heated pool. Close proximity to various beaches, and parks, our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. Will visit again.

This was a perfect spot for us! It was close to everything we needed. We tried several beaches but loved Crescent beach 20 mins away. This house had everything we needed from the dock fishing to night swims we had a blast! The beds were so comfortable! Such a great stay!! The host was just wonderful!

Great location!

Great location! Close to amazing Jungle Hut Beach ( you do have to pass a bridge toll. Apply for toll pass it will only cost .50 to go through then) and European Village (6 minutes). Very nice and comfortable home. Lots of available stuff to take to the beach (umbrella, chairs, wagon, bikes). Definitely a place to stay if you want to be in the canal side of Palm Coast.

Great vacation getaway

We had a great week in Palm coast! The house is close to several beaches, restaurants and fun places. We spent the week fishing off the dock (we saw a green sea turtle), swimming in the pool, and site seeing. St Augustine is about 30 min away but not a bad drive so we did the fountain of youth, old town, castillo de San Marcos, the alligator farm, Washington oaks park, and of course Bucees! The house was super clean, comfortable beds, and a relaxing stay! We had so much fun and were sad to leave!

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood

The house is beautiful, great landscaping and quiet area, well stocked kitchen, lots of extra towels, very comfortable beds, roomy and comfortable for 4 adults and three kids. The only problem was that the pool was green with algae when we arrived, but the pool people came in 48 hrs and got it sorted. We would definitely stay again!

House and pool were clean. All the kitchen items you need were there. Chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand bucket were great to use at the beach. We fished off the dock and got two keepers of mangrove snappers. Good time.

Relaxing!

Our family of 6 (adult children) enjoyed this spacious home! We found ourselves sleeping in each morning because of the comfort of the beds. The neighborhood was quiet. Each morning we would relax sitting out back enjoying the sound of the singing birds, to the jumping fish in the canal, the outdoor furniture was comfortable and accommodating for all of us. The salt water pool was clean and warm, making swimming enjoyable on the cooler nights. My son loved fishing from the dock, with fishing poles and tackle available to use. The beaches were close and the beach gear was an added bonus to use. If you’re traveling with a larger adult family like myself, my only suggestion would be to bring a few extra beach chairs. Overall, we loved this place and we highly recommend! And if ever back in the area would definitely stay here again!

Overall our experience was good. The home was pretty clean, kitchen well supplied, beds very comfortable, great amenities. If I had a complaint it’s the communication. There were a couple minor things I was requesting help with and it took close to, if not, 24 hours to hear back and the responses were short and weren’t fully answered.

Ideal Birthday Getaway

This home exceeded all of our expectations. From the cleanliness to the decor, everything was everything I could’ve hoped for on my birthday weekend. I still can’t get over how clean and beautiful everything was. The beds and pillows were hotel grade if not more comfortable. The couches were perfect for staying in and watching movies. The pool was clean and had a fantastic view. St Augustine is about 30 minutes from the home which was a perfect distance for a small adventure on one of our days. Publix, Starbucks’s, a few restaurants and gas stations we’re just minutes away. I would definitely think about staying here again, this property is definitely a rare find.

Nice place with opportunities

Our initial impression was great. But we spent the first 15 minutes killing a palmetto bug on the ceiling in the master bedroom. Boat lifts do not work. No water at the boat docks to clean the boat. House hose is broken because the duck tape deteriorated so you cannot clean your boat. Propane tanks were empty for the grill. And there was no dishwashing soap. Etc

Not Clean

The house was not properly cleaned when we arrived. There was an excessive amount of dust under the beds, leftover bar pads, gold balls, and dryer sheets on the floor. There was also a dead roach left in one of the bedrooms. The toilets were also not cleaned. The beds are high off the ground so you could see all the debris left behind right when you walked in. There were dead bugs on the window sills in the kitchen, and we found a live roach in the kitchen as well. The pool was disappointing. The pool deck was repainted an odd red, that is chipping badly. The patio area is cracking, my 2 yr old kept tripping. No one cleaned the pool or patio area before we arrived, pool floats were left out, and there was lots...lots of hair stuck to the patio drain. It was gross! I reported all the issues to the owner but didn't get much of a reply. She offered to have the house cleaned again, but we had already swept up the bedrooms and cleaned the window sills. I also sent photos to her but got no reply. It would have been nice to have someone come out to clean the hair off the patio area. We also reported the pool was dirty. I'm not sure anyone would have come out to clean it if we did not complain. The location and overall home amenities were good. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the home. Air B&B has a lot of people coming in and out, so keeping the home clean is the biggest priority. We ended up washing all the sheets before going to bed. The house needs a Deep Clean

Disgusting dirty pool and unclean house! Nightmare booking!

I booked and paid my deposit for my trip back in January for my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. 1 month later the owner canceled the first 4 days of our trip. Which led me to have to scramble to find a place for the first half of our trip. It was a huge inconvenience for us to switch houses in the middle of our vacation. We found out someone was staying in the house those first four days. Not sure if it was her or her friend and family. We drove by to see where the place was going to be, and there were people at the house both times we drove by. We checked in late Tuesday night. It was dark so we couldn’t see much outside. The next day we went out the pool was nasty. There was fungus and hair in the pool. The screen and blinds surrounding the pool were dirty and torn. I messaged her and told her about the pool. She preceded to tell me she was there prior to us being there and it was fine. I sent her pictures and a video. She said she would get the pool guy out Thursday. Later that evening she said the pool guy couldn’t come out until Friday. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we couldn’t use the pool and we checked out early Saturday morning. I asked if she was going to refund some of our money since we were not able to use the pool, and she has ignored all of my messages. She said the pool was fine when it clearly wasn’t. The sheets and towels smelt sour. The pots and oven sheet pans we so stained with old food. I had never rented a house before this week. The first house we rented for the first 4 days was perfect! This house was nasty. My daughter found a bag with half eaten cookies in the bathroom. I had to contact the owner for check in information it wasn’t provided to me before me requesting information. The fireplace that was in the description had a sign on it saying we couldn’t use it. This was a very stressful last 4 days of our trip. My grandson was extremely disappointed he couldn’t use the pool. Tracy didn’t seem like she cared. I will never rent from her again.

I cannot believe how dishonest Kathy is being . Dirty and unclean house is very insulting. Kathy called on Thursday late afternoon about some spots on bottom of pool after alot of rain . The pool was serviced on Friday morning. (the pool is serviced weekly and maintained very well) There is one rip in the hanging shades on the Lani that is backordered . The house is beautiful and very clean . My husband and two children spend as much time as we can there. We always make a point to replace anything worn or damaged when we are there. After you visit you will also agree. that 1 star is completely ridiculous .

Nice house in a great neighborhood.

The house was nice, big and clean. The only problem we had was some type of small bugs in the pool. There were some holes in porch screen that could be easily fixed to solve the problem. They had chairs and towels for the beach which was nice. It has a nice dock if you rented a boat would be fun. We rented a golf cart but money would be well spent on a boat rental instead. Overall a very nice house with all the amenities one would need for a nice vacation.

This home was beautiful and as listed. It was very clean. We have a child in a wheelchair and the home was very accommodating. We were able to have a very memorable and relaxing time together! The garage room was the perfect place for my grown children to reconnect.
