We loved the space and the location. We were able to walk to lots of great restaurants, a spa, shopping and rooftop bars! Found out from our carriage tour that the style of house was called A Single home! Noticed them everywhere around Charleston.

We had 3 couples sharing this unit and it worked perfectly for us! The location is very walkable to all the restaurants and shops in Charleston, had great amenities and was very clean. We had a problem with one of the toilets, reached out to the owners and they had a maintenance person there within just a couple of hours to resolve the issue. Would definitely stay ar this property again!!

The property was great and had everything we needed. Walking distance to several restaurants, coffee, shops, shopping…. Parking is a little tight, but that’s standard standard for downtown Charleston.

Would highly recommend this stay. Easy walk to all of the bars/restaurants on King St and very conveniently located. This house had everything we needed and communication with the host was quick and easy. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

The location is fantastic. We brought our 7-year-old with us, and everything was perfect, as it was distant enough for him to walk. Reccomend getting ice cream at Jenni's.

Excellent property and great location! Only piece of advice I would offer is that the parking is very tight so bring a more compact car if you can. Thank you for a great stay and communication!

The property is very convenient for walking around Charleston. It is also very convenient to the free bus line that runs three routes around Charleston.The pictures totally represent the property.We heard the neighbors in the property below and yet, they were quiet by 11pm.We were unknowingly in town during the graduation for both the College of Charleston and the Citadel, so Charleston was very crowded. With that, it was great that the property was three blocks off King Street, so the neighborhood was pretty quiet.

We had a lovely stay for our gals’ get away. Sunrise was clean, amenities perfect, accessible to Historic Charleston ( all things restaurants and shopping ) and low maintenance on checking in and checking out. Our host was always timely on responses and even let us check in before the 4pm time. We all agreed we would stay there again and will recommend The Sunrise to others visiting Charleston. Just a few other things… perhaps an air freshener as there was a little odor every time we entered the home. Perhaps it was the dishwasher because it did have a very strong odor every time it was opened. We didn’t do any cooking so it was only used upon checkout. Battery change on the lock perhaps because 50% of the time it took many tries to unlock. We didn’t mind the lively get togethers next door in the evenings/night, but a young family with kids or older adults might have. Thanks again for a cozy and comfortable place to stay while visiting your beautiful city.

Very clean and exactly as advertised.

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Very comfortable beds, nicely appointed. Laundry facilities were available though we didn't use. Would stay here again if we needed the space.
