The property was as described, clean and well equipped. Parking was adequate for a compact car but would be snug for a full-sized car. The bedrooms are nicely sized and having 3 full baths was very convenient.

The house is great, clean, updated, well stocked with everything you need, and very comfortable. The beds slept well, soft and fluffy which we love. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room for relaxing, eating in and playing cards. The house is as advertised except there is an apartment above, although no issues, just something I as not aware of when booking. The location is fantastic. We only moved vehicle once to travel to Folly for dinner. Walked all over historic district, seen all the sites, shopping, food and bars. Communicating with host was great. Questions were answered within a couple of minutes. We were even kept informed of a forthcoming storm which was great since most forget about weather while on vacation. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great location for restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Beds are comfy but pillows were so-so. There are residents above that are quite noisy but not late at night. All in all, a great stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

If we could give more than 5 stars for communication and responsiveness, we would. Incredibly responsive and caring. Property is a perfect location, close enough to the action yet far enough from the commotion. 3 well appointed bedrooms allow individual space and yet a welcoming common space allows for camaraderie and togetherness. Very clean and modern and decor is very nice. Parking in the driveway a big plus. Quiet lovely area. We walked to a local breakfast spot and neighborhood grocery store. It was a short drive to the waterfront with great restaurants and tourist attractions. Took a ride to Folly Beach about 20 minutes away. Overall fabulous stay.

Three Couples - we had a great time!! Great living space, we each had a bedroom and a bathroom, clean and comfortable. Loved the sound machines in each bedroom. That was a nice touch. Perfect spot for walking around downtown. Close to great restaurants and shops. Would choose again!!
