About this property

Ty Prawine, in a quiet, welcoming farmhouse

In a hamlet 2 km from Quistinic, you stay in an independent half-farmhouse of 70 m2 on one level, which can accommodate 2 to 4 people (4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children) plus a baby. I occupy the other half part-time, we are totally independent.

It is a traditional house, an old farmhouse located on a plot of about 1.5 Ha. The furnishings and decoration mix Breton and contemporary.

Your accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, classic ovens and microwave, dishwasher, electric and espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a living room, a bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190, a bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 (or 1 bed 180 x 190), a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet.
Baby is not harmed: a travel cot, a baby chair, a changing mat and a small bathtub are available at no extra charge.

A washing machine is reserved for you in a shared cellar adjoining the accommodation.

You also have access to a private garden equipped with a garden table, garden furniture and a mobile BBQ, private parking, Internet (wifi) and TV (TNT). Books, comics and board games are at your disposal in a clock transformed into a library.

It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed as the grounds are not fenced.

Everything is planned to make your stay with family or friends as pleasant as possible.

I come from time to time to spend a few days working from home. I do a lot of cycling (road) in the region and I tinker because there is always something to do in a house.
I also arrange the surroundings and the garden.

Practical information
Laundry, dishwashing and hand products, hand dryers, a tea towel and cleaning products are provided. On arrival you will also find a roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels.

Linen (sheets and towels) is provided on request. Plan on a flat rate of €6 / person for sheets and €4 / person for towels.
Electricity: 10 KWh / day is included in the price, the supplement is paid by the occupants (0.30 € /KWh).

You have private parking in front of the house.

Très bon séjour à Ty Prawin

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine malgré le mauvais temps. Nous avons adoré le village de Poul Fetan situé à Quistinic et les enfants également. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire aux alentours (dans un rayon de 1h en voiture).

Jean-François s'est posé à Ty Prawine pour visiter la region. Avec sa compagne et ses amis ils ont été absolument charmants et très respectueux des lieux et de leur environnement. Je les recommande sans hésiter.
