THE COTTAGE
In low season, possibility to rent on weekends (2 Nights = 200 € with SPA) or for several days (week 290 € without SPA or 340 € with SPA). Weekly rate from Saturday to Saturday for the summer = 500 € without the SPA or 570 € with the SPA
For a relaxing holiday, we welcome you to our cottage, located in the countryside QUISTINIC.
Built in a granite stone farmhouse, the entrance (indoor parking) and the garden are independent.
You can enjoy a moment of relaxation in a SPA (private for a single rental) with different massage jets, feet to the neck. The cottage is designed for 5 to 6 people maximum, calm and relaxing

ACCESS:
The Atlantic coast with its beaches (Carnac - Erdeven - Guidel - Plouhinec) and its fortified cities (Hennebont - Auray - Vannes) are between 30 and 45 minutes.
The peninsula of Quiberon with its wild coast is 1H.
The city of Lorient, 35 minutes is known for its underwater base, the city of sailing E. Tabarly and of course its inter-Celtic festival, of international reputation. It brings Breton music, songs and traditional dances from different Celtic countries to life.
LOCAL LOCATION:
Privileged place for lovers of hiking or fishing, the cottage is located 200 m from a river and 1 km from the Canal du Blavet. Its towpath and locks can be explored on foot, by bike, by canoe or by boat. (Canal from Lake Guerlédan Mur de Bretagne to the mouth of Hennebont).

Endroit très calme

Endroit très reposant , très bon accueil, une hôte à l'écoute merci encore à elle pour ses délicates attentions ( courgettes, concombres petit feu de cheminée...) Beaucoup de belles choses à visiter ( village d'autrefois Poul Fétan, Carnac...)

Un régal de cocooning

Un gite ideal pour le cocooning et la tranquilité dans un cadre trop mignon. Idéal aussi pour rayonner car tout est à distance raisonnable. Disponibilité et gentillesse des propriétaires.

Séjour mitigé

Le calme et le SPA( dommage que ce soit une option) sont les points forts de cette maisonnette perdue au milieu de la campagne. Attention cependant les 2 chambres à l'étage avec la chaleur, très difficile. Pour les visites sympa compter 30 km minimum.. Par contre, la salle de bain et la cuisine aurait bien besoin d'une rénovation, pas très fonctionnelle la douche pour les personnes de plus 1m60.., manque de placard dans la cuisine pour le rangement de nourriture et autre.. Propreté moyenne, mouches mortes dans les lustres, poussière sur les moulures de portes à l'étage. La pièce du SPA pourrait être superbe,di les finitions étaient apportées. Au vue du prix , déçue de la prestation

Nous sommes désolés que vous n’ayez pas pu profiter agréablement de votre séjour. Sachez qu’en 19 ans, nous n’avons jamais reçu autant d’avis négatifs. Merci Le SPA, certains souhaitent en disposer et d’autre non, c’est donc bien sûr une option. La campagne, le titre l’indique clairement…en général, on vérifie la destination quand on veut partir en vacances... La chaleur, je n’ai pas de baguette magique pour agir sur la canicule que tout le monde a subi cet été. La douche de 1.60m de haut, vous aviez pourtant une autre douche à disposition de 2.30m de Haut ! Nous sommes bien sûr conscients des points à améliorer sur des finitions mais notre volonté est de pouvoir offrir à des familles, la possibilité de bénéficier de prestations à un tarif raisonnable (pour rappel 620 € avec le SPA en été). Il y a toujours mieux mais également beaucoup plus cher. La gentillesse a ses limites et nous mettons un point d’honneur à répondre à votre commentaire. Cordialement

Situé en pleine campagne

Calme, repos et tranquillité. C'est ce que nous avons trouvé dans ce gîte. Bien équipé il faut toutefois faire ses courses en faisant attention de ne rien oublier. Mais le dépaysement est total. Je recommande.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est très propre et l'endroit magnifique, très calme. On a pu déplacer la table de jardin face au champs et c'était juste fantastique de prendre nos petits déjeuners et nos diners en pleine nature sans bruits de civilisation. Isabelle nous a très bien recu, elle est disponible et serviable. (Merci beaucoup) Elle répondra égalemet à toutes vos questions et vous dira tous les endroits sympa où aller. Très bon séjour

Excellent sejour.

Ce fut un très bon séjour dans une région calme et boisée. Maison agréable à vivre en famille ; le spa en fin de journée était un régal ! Notre hôte s'est montrée très agréable et prévenante. Une semaine qui nous laissera d'excellents souvenirs.

Propriétaire discrète et attachée à votre bien-être. Gîte bien équipé, confortable, poêle à bois et super espace jaccuzi (avec douche et WC). Villages avec commerces à proximité. Calme en pleine nature (même les vaches en pâture nous ont laissé dormir). Je recommande vivement aux amoureux du calme et de la nature (nombreuses balades à proximité). A refaire dès que possible. Charmant gite au calme
