We are teachers and decided to open up our family home for others to enjoy during the summer months, some winter ski weekends and our spring break here in Calgary. Relax with your family and friends in this bright 4 bedroom, 5-bed, 3.5-bath home. Enjoy the sunny south facing backyard with private hot tub, BBQ, fire table and outdoor furniture. Absolutely no parties, and registered guests at the property, only.

5 minute walk to groceries, Starbucks, pub, restaurants, and Fish Creek Park walking/biking trails. 5 minute drive to South Health Campus, Brookfield YMCA (biggest in North America!). Easy access to MacLeod Trail, Stoney and Deerfoot Trail. 1 hour 20 minute drive to Canmore.

Ensure hot tub cover is closed

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house is air-conditioned for your comfort, so please keep all windows and doors closed at all times. Leaving open may lead to breakdowns.

To keep hot tub clean and safe for everyone, please shower before use, no oils no glass or food near hot tub. If water looks cloudy please contact us.

Limit hot tub soak time to 15-20 minutes. Children must be supervised at all times. Do not adjust any settings.

Why they chose this property

I love being close to green spaces, bike paths, Fish Creek Park, and walking distance to amenities nearby (groceries, restaurants, etc). Only a 20 minute drive downtown to the Calgary Zoo and about 25 minutes to the airport!

What makes this property unique

Our home is one of the only detached houses in the area with a hot tub. We have a nice private backyard with a fire table and furniture for relaxing, and lots of space in the house.
