The place was as described, with a nice ocean view from balcony. Only problems we encountered were with the wrong door code initially and no lighting over stove top and abutting counter space.

The condo itself was very clean. The pool on site was not clean and we chose not to use it after the first day, which was unfortunate.

Spring break 2023

This location is with in walking distance of everything. This was our first time at Folly Beach and would recommend this location to anyone. Easy access, great location and across the street from the beach.
