About this property
Beautiful brand new build in new dominion, close to golf courses and beaches
We are only 20 minutes away from beautiful Charlottetown and 30 minutes from the confederation bridge. We have a deck with bbq for outdoor entertaining and there is a dedicated firepit. Our games room has a flat screen tv, a PS5 gaming console and a ping pong table for indoor fun. There is a walking path that takes you to MacNeil drive and then it’s just a short walk to the shared beachshore. For the golfing enthusiasts we are a five minute drive from country view golf course, as well as five minutes away from glen afton golf course. Canoe cove beach/park is just an eight minute drive. The town of Cornwall is also just minutes away.
