Nice property great views and right on the beach. Only problem was that the tv remote was broken and visibly damaged. It should have been replaced.

Conch Shell is a very nice beach house just steps from the beach. It has a nice view of the gulf between two houses in front. We spent hours on the deck looking at and listening to the gulf. The kitchen was equipped with nice pots, pans, dishes, etc. We cooked all but one meal there. Bring your own coffee and #4 cone style coffee filters. There is a gas grill on the deck that was not mentioned in the description. The bed in the master was quite comfortable and the whole place was super clean. Check in was easy and communication was great!
