The private bedroom has a new king sized bed, spacious closet, and Smart TV with cable and streaming, while the full bathroom includes a shower/tub combination and plenty of storage and counter space. An additional half bath offers extra convenience and is equipped with your own private washer and dryer! When booking this condo, you will have access to the 2 shared on-site hot tubs and steam room plus access to the gas BBQ grills and picnic tables in the communal courtyard. Free on-site parking for one vehicle is also included!



Ski access is a quick three-minute walk to Chair 7, with easy access to hiking and biking in the summer. You are just steps away from the grocery store, and a few blocks from the heart of downtown Telluride and the free gondola which takes you up and over to Mountain Village. The San Miguel River runs adjacent to the property with the River Trail just across the street, and Telluride Town Park or "music festival central" is just 5 blocks away!
