For those of you looking to enjoy a QUIET Vacation with your family, you have found the right place.
West Newport is (in our opinion) one of the best locations to live/rent in Newport Beach. From forty-seventh to seventy-fourth, W. Newport is home to many long-term and permanent residents of Newport spending their time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier & Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the W. Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddleboards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street.
The community of West Newport also has some great local restaurants. From breakfast at Cappy's Café to fine dining at Cucina Alessa, a home-cooked meal at the Spaghetti Bender (get the Gnocchi) to a sandwich at Tidepools or grab a Burrito on the run at Chronic Taco. We enjoyed staying at this property. The beach was a block away. So close and convenient! The house was very nice and the beds were comfortable!! Great place! There is parking for one car in the garage (not a large SUV) and they even had beach chairs and towels for us to borrow!

We absolutely loved renting to this group! They were clean, courteous, easy to communicate with, and respectful of our home. We would be happy to have them stay again at any home managed by Tower 17 Properties.
We came down for some RR and beach volleyball practice. My kids loved the location and so did we. It is close to everything and having a garage is key!
Beds are amazing, towels are provided for the beach as well as chairs and boogie boards. This place is great but the Kitchen could use a few more baking sheets and pots.

Very dated with few amenities
The property is poorly equipped and in need of maintenance. Worn out and broken furniture. Poorly equipped kitchen. Bathrooms in need of a deep cleaning. Rusted shower rods with filthy shower curten. Mildew in every corner of the floors. The location is great but not worth the nightly rental rate. Would not recommend.
Great location, 2 blocks away from the beach. Beautiful sunsets.
Great house and location. Quick drive to Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, and Balboa Pier. The house felt like home, we were able to entertain friends and family for dinner. Close to great restaurants if not in the mood to cook. Loved our stay in Newport.
