Centrally located near Swan Lake park, it overlooks the Goose Trail (the main cycling path in Victoria) and provides equi-distant access to both downtown and UVIC. Public transit is one block away on Quadra St.

It contains a fully stocked kitchen with new applicances, including a new fridge, freezer, dishwasher and full laundry facilities. As well, there is a 55” Apple TV 4K easily connected to streaming services, and internet. Electricity and other services included. If required, one parking spot is available.

This property would be ideal for relocations, travelling nurses and doctors, contract workers, remote workers, visiting academics etc. House rules: no smoking or vaping. No pets.

Very kind and communicative host. Pretty neighbourhood but walking distance to Thrifty’s grocery store, London Drugs, White Spot, and Keg. Lovely bike/walking trail nearby leading to Swan Lake.
