House on one level, of 110 m 2. Housing completely renovated and air-conditioned living room, with kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms:
1 bedroom, bed 160 x 200 cm
1 bedroom, bed 160 x 200 cm
1 room, bed 160 x 200 cm and a child’s bed ( - 10 years)
1 bedroom with mezzanine; 1 bed upstairs of 140 x 190 cm and 1 single bed 80 x 200 cm on the ground floor.

The property also includes an enclosed garden, with terrace, playground, brazier and a garden furniture.

The accommodation also has a connected lock offering a self-contained 24-hour entrance.

Rules of procedure :
- Validated rental contract and identification document to be provided.
- Respect the schedules: Arrival from 3:00 PM and until 11:00 AM for departures. The overtaking of hours is likely to be charged (20 € per half-hour).
- No noise disturbance after 10 p.m. to respect the neighborhood.
- Non-smoking accommodation.
- Our friends the animals are not allowed.
