Welcome to Jack's Joint's Fully Furnished Short-term Rentals on the River in lovely Dundee Michigan, the hub of the highway conveniently located between Ann Arbor, Monroe, Adrian, and Toledo Ohio.
Jack's Joint's on the River is a triplex with three private apartments that is located on the river in downtown Dundee, where you can walk to the farmers market, restaurants, coffee shop, and other quaint shopping stores.
Each apartment features its own washer and dryer with a view of the Raisin River.
There are several locations in town to get a same day fishing license. Just make sure to clean the fish outside please.

A week Away

The property was clean and as stated. There were a few minor issues which were fixed within an hour of notifying the landlord. Quiet neighborhood in a great central location to everything.

I'm a retired pipefitter welder and I understand how nice it would be to have an affordable home away from home while working in a new area. I've been renting the apartments full time for more than a decade until December. I started converting them over to fully furnished short-term rentals when my girlfriend, who owns Aunt Rose's Place, started helping me set mine up as they became available. I'm looking forward to renting to people who appreciate a nice home while working or visiting the area of Monroe.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location, River front is perfect for relaxing after a hard day at work or on vacation with the family! Steps from town yet quiet and peaceful. Watch park activities in person, from the window, or back yard. The Deli on the corner even sells bait! We have a few poles and some tackle at the property.
