The coffee shop and Shuffle is nearby. While I could hear the live music, I was prepared and used earplugs to sleep. I get secure and at home. I took the Lime bikes everywhere. Sonalee was a great host and responsive.

Great vacation

We had a really good stay in Tampa. Sonalee was very kind, had some suggestions to visit, like Lettuce park what was really amazing to see. The room was clean and pretty, close to the Downtown.

If (when) I come back, this is where I would (will) stay. I loved absolutely everything about this location - its proximity to downtown Tampa, how quiet it was - even with a local bar/club across the street - and the hospitality of the host. It was perfect just for me, and I can’t say anything bad at all.

So homey!!!

The stay was amazing!! The manager was available and she communicated with us the entire time. She accomodated our stay and made sure all was well. Its a perfect room for an extended stay for one or two ppl. All was clean and well. Check in was easy. All our needs were met during our 16 day stay at this property. Would definitely stay there again.

Stay at the Guest Room

I enjoyed my stay at the Guest room. The host was very kind and helpful. The place is in a great location. It was within a 15 minute walk to Armature works which is a nice place to get food and it is on the river front. There was a bus stop really close to the place as well. I would be cautious as a solo female walking alone at night as the streets weren’t well lit.
