Large space In Tampa Heights.
Our guest room has its own private entrance , patio and bathroom. Perfect for anyone visiting the Tampa Bay Area. We are Near Raymond James Stadium, Downtown Tampa , Armature Works, SoHo and Ybor city. Amelie arena. We are on a busy street with a pub across the street. There is often musical and live entertainment. As well as weekly activities. Lunch truck or a day pop up shop. We have a Mini Schnauzer. Ike Eisenhower he keeps track of all coming and goings.

Honest opinion

This property was in the heart of most places I visited! The host was very accommodating to the needs I had! There were small things to overlook, but otherwise served it purpose! I would stay here again considering it’s location! Host was great, the place was good, could use a Window air conditioner since there was no thermostat to control the air, as I was constantly adjusting to what the temperature was throughout the night. Although there is a ceiling fan that helped. It wasn’t entirely bad, just a heads up for those who like it cooler than a ceiling fan can accommodate. 4 out of 5 stars for sure! 5 star if some things were addressed! Please don’t sleep on this one! As I may be more critical than others so this may serve you well! Enjoy!

Great spot, just what you need!

This was a perfect place for my boyfriend and I to stay at while visiting some friends. Centrally located, neat, had everything we needed! The host was very communicative. We enjoyed our stay!

Stay at the Guest Room

I enjoyed my stay at the Guest room. The host was very kind and helpful. The place is in a great location. It was within a 15 minute walk to Armature works which is a nice place to get food and it is on the river front. There was a bus stop really close to the place as well. I would be cautious as a solo female walking alone at night as the streets weren’t well lit.
