Nestled high above Clover Passage, roughly 13 miles from the Ketchikan Airport Ferry Terminal, this home away from home offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. Not to mention one of the best views Ketchikan can offer!

Interior Comforts: Step inside to a cozy and inviting interior furnished for your comfort. The open floor plan features a large couch and two comfortable lounge chairs, a flat screen TV, and an electric fireplace. Adjacent, the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, perfect for preparing meals throughout your stay.

Outdoor Oasis: Beyond the sliding glass doors awaits your private outdoor sanctuary. A fenced yard surrounds a deck and patio seating area, providing a serene setting for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Immerse yourself in relaxation in the rejuvenating hot tub!

Bedroom Retreats: Retire for the evening to one of three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 features two twin xl beds (that can be made into a single king on request) and an on-sweet bathroom.

Even better than expected, so comfortable, really felt like home. Loved the location being out of town, the view was amazing. The neighbor up the hill was very sweet. We got lucky and were able to extend a day, we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place and nice to have seasoning, coffee, water, butter, cooking oil, plastic wrap. Ziplocs, foil etc. Very quite and good sleeping. Beautiful view and close to marina. Porch and hot tub are awesome.

Everything with our stay was easy and comfortable. The house was wonderful and had excellent amenities. There was low water pressure when two showers were going at the same time. The location on VRBO was not accurate, but we ended up loving the view from the back patio.

Clover Pass is a great place to stay! It has everything needed to help make a vacation special. It is clean, nicely decorated, spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware etc. We really enjoyed grilling and dining on the back deck. Sat around fire pit in the evening enjoying the beautiful view. The hot tub felt wonderful after a day of hiking. The drive up to the house is as described- bumpy and steep but very manageable in 2 wheel drive — just drive slow. A great place to stay!!!!

Wish we could have stayed longer

This house was the perfect stay for our family to explore Ketchikan for a few days. The home was comfortable, spotless and very well appointed. It had everything we needed. The views are the very best part. Enjoying them from the large windows inside or the beautiful backyard were equally amazing. Just be aware that this house is about 20 minutes outside of Ketchikan proper, so you do need a car. We enjoyed the drive and really got to enjoy being in a less populated area for our stay.I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to any friends and family.
