Escape to a beautiful cabin, newly constructed in 2025 in Ketchikan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This gorgeous retreat offers all the comforts you need, including Wi-Fi, big screen TV, full Kitchen, electric fireplace, washer, dryer. The main floor has Bedroom 1 with King Bed, Full Bath with shower only (washer & dryer in bathroom), Living Room, Full Kitchen and Dining area with table for 6. Downstairs is a 2nd Bedroom with Queen bed and bonus living / rec room area with TV and table for 4. Top floor is open loft (3rd bedroom) that has 3 twin beds and a full bath with tub/ shower combo. There is upper deck with chairs and BBQ Grill. There is lower patio. Parking in private driveway. Cabin is located in quiet area on north end of Ketchikan near Knudson Cove Marina and Clover Pass for great fishing opportunities. Note for larger parties there is a 2nd cabin next door.

Comfortable furnishings throughout the cabin - plenty of space to spread out if you have kids and adults sharing the space. The kitchen has everything you could think of plus more to cook. You are really close to Knudsen Cove and a little way out of town (about 20 minute drive) but it's such a pretty drive along the water you just enjoy the view!

The cabin is complete with everything. We were there to fish very close to Clover Pass. We had six men in the cabin plenty of room. Just make sure each person has a bed in our case we had 6 men with only 5 different beds. My son slept on the couch all 5 nights no big deal but just don’t assume. Very clean, beautiful setting, kitchen well stocked with kitchen stuff if you want to cook. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Communication with Tracy was excellent. The cabin was spotless, well appointed, and super comfortable. No surprises, and can't think of a thing that could be improved. Could not have been better, will definitely go back.
