Desert sensation with beautiful views on golf course!

Fully updated 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath condo in the heart of the desert. This end unit condo is located on a quiet street with a secured, gated entry that is manned 24 hours/day.
***Please inquire about 28 night or longer stays. Discount for stays longer than 28 nights.***

The light, spacious living room has vaulted ceilings, fireplace, ceiling fan and large screen smart TV with cable and streaming channels. The well-equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, cabinets and many windows. Tile flooring is throughout the kitchen, dining area, living area and hallways.

The large bedrooms all have new paint, carpet, and linens. The primary bedroom has cathedral ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second smart TV is located here. The second bedroom has a work station and the third is attached to an atrium where a quiet morning coffee can be enjoyed. There is plenty of storage with ample closets in each bedroom, a linen closet, a hall closet, and cabinets in both the laundry room and garage.

Enjoy relaxing on the large patio overlooking the golf course and mountains. There is a gas BBQ for your use, a dining table plus two cozy chairs and loveseat. A heater is in the garage available to use on those chillier evenings.

Relax or work in the desert! Two desk areas and high-speed internet make it easy to spread out and get your business or school work done. Fun is easy to find - condo is a short distance to several pools and hot tubs and clubhouse which offers casual and fine dining.

Our location is just a few miles from El Paseo with 5 star restaurants and world class shopping. The River in Rancho Mirage also offers dining, a movie theater, and shopping and is just 10 minutes away. The desert offers abundant hiking and nature viewing. The condo provides great access to everything that the Coachella Valley offers!

Wonderful spot, exceptionally clean, 3 minute walk to pool and hot tub. Beautiful fairway just yards from the back patio but still very quiet and peaceful. Great kitchen with pretty much everything you’d need. 10 minutes from all sorts of restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

Second time staying at this property and it was just as nice as we remembered! Super clean, fully equipped with everything you could need including shampoo and conditioner, soap, paper towels, extra pillow cases, etc. Amy is very responsive and even coordinated for us to pick up something we’d left behind. Very Nice!! We had a great stay here at Amy's condo. The condo has lots of windows that allow plenty of natural light in, which was nice as we had great weather while in Palm Desert. The decor is modern and fresh. The bedrooms are all large, with the primary bedroom and bathroom being exceptionally lovely. If you have friends in the area you would like to entertain for a meal, the dinnerware is just beautiful. We did not entertain, but I would have loved to have hosted a few people in this beautiful condo. The outside patio overlooking the golf course and mountains was so relaxing. Another positive was how quiet the evenings and nights were for relaxing and sleeping. Thank you Amy for a wonderful week!

Such a relaxing stay

The property was beautiful, spacious and clean with nice amenities like Peets coffee for the coffeemaker. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers go by. Amy was very responsive and the stay was wonderful. I wish I could stay a month!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entire process was easy - from booking to check in to communication with our hosts, Amy and Tim. We so enjoyed every minute at this home in Monterey Country Club. The accomodations were excellent with ample room for 5 of us adults!. Great stay in Monterey Country Club with spectacular Mountain View!

Beautiful end unit, 2 bed, 2 bath. Very nicely furnished. Kitchen looks recently remodeled and is extremely well equipped. Patio area is especially nice with comfortable chairs and umbrella to enjoy sunsets, and nice table for outdoor dining. Short walk to a nearby pool. Highly recommend! We wished we had booked for a longer stay!
