Yes it was and I went thru VRBO which was fine. I had stayed at Monterey for years but the last few years there wasn’t any condo to rent. I was happy to be back in Monterey. Danielle was so accommodating and helpful and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I enjoyed my stay and plan to stay there again next year.

The property was excellent with a great view of the golf course.

We stayed for 3 days and had a great time with friends that live in the complex. The unit was very clean, the view of the golf course was excellent and the country club is very nice. I'm already looking forward to next year.

Awesome community

The main bedroom was great. Amazing place to spend time. Host is awesome reponds to questions quickly. I will definitely stayhere again! Pool and hottub is across the street. Situated on tee box so you can watch live golf. Neighbors wave like a small ttow

The house was very clean, which is important to my friends and me. We were on a girls trip for a few days. It was located nicely on the golf course, and the backyard had a comfortable sectional and fire pit, which we enjoyed on two of the three nights we were there. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and other items we needed and had a door leading to the back patio which allowed us easy access. The property was very quiet, so we were able sleep well and to not be disturbed while we sat around and talked. The community was well maintained and felt safe, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The host, Danielle, was attentive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

Ample room for 6 quilters to sew our days and nights away. I started each day at 7:30 crossing the street to the pool, swimming laps, lounging in the sun & had it all to myself.Kitchen was well-appointed. The ice dispenser is a bit slow dispensing ice so you may want to bring a bag of ice.Our only drawback was that the interior temperature was 89 when we arrived and didn't cool down to 80 until 9:30 that night.Although the hanging chair in the atrium looks darling, that space could be better served being enclosed and added to the living/dining room.Other than those 2 things, the home was perfect with a nice view of the golf course. Our hostess was very attentive and couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet.I would definitely stay here again!
