Charming detached house walking distance to the square in La Chartre Sur Le Loire.

Attended the Le Mans Classique motor race and used the house as our base. More than enough space for 5 of us and we enjoyed walking into the main square of La Chartre sur Le Loire where we enjoyed dinner and drinks at Hotel de France. A beautiful part of France - do enjoy the views of the river at the rear of the property!

Lovely detached property

Great well equipped property with large garden backing onto the river and well located to visit Le Mans. La Chartre Sur Le Loire is a lovely village with a number cafes and restaurants. The old house has been well converted to a high standard over 4 floors with a very well equipped kitchen and dining area. However it should be noted that there are just two separate WC’s and the two shower rooms are accessed via bedrooms (and don’t have WC’s).

Location conforme à l annonce, proprietaires charmants et disponibles, nombreuses brocantes où chiner tranquillement et petit centre ville dynamique et très agréable malgré l’ époque (hiver)

Séjour agréable

Maison bien équipée pour cuisiner et prendre les repas grand terrain longé par le loir où les animaux peuvent gambader mais sous surveillance car clôture présente quelques passage notamment vers la route

un séjour agréable

Nous avons adorés les paysages givrés au réveil (en hiver) et beaucoup des petits détails dans cette maison placé à deux pas de la ville. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour lors d'un voyage professionnel. Il faut noter que les deux salles de bains sont accédés via deux chambres, qui nécessite un organisation particulier entre collègues, mais nous étions ravis de cette maison et la recommande sans hésitation. Et nous vous conseillons de courir découvrir le musée de Grégoire et Emmanuelle Courtin--un passage magique dans un univers d'autrefois.
